Great Road Capital is led by Chuck Bush, a senior finance executive with three decades of experience in corporate finance, operating leadership and financial strategy. Chuck has raised more than $500 million in debt and equity capital and has served in CFO, CEO, FP&A and advisory roles across operating companies, private-equity environments and emerging businesses.
His experience includes building and improving finance functions, developing forecasts and long-range plans, managing liquidity and capital planning, leading refinancings, supporting boards and investors, and helping management teams navigate complex financial and strategic decisions.
Chuck holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
