Chuck Bush is a Managing Director at Great Road Capital, an investment bank and advisory firm he founded in 2004. As a finance and entertainment industry expert, Mr. Bush has more than twenty years of experience advising clients on strategy, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, film finance, distribution, and marketing. He has originated or co-originated over $400 million in private capital for film and media companies. Mr. Bush was a key member of JPMorgan’s Entertainment Industries Group, during which he helped raise more than $7 billion in financing. Mr. Bush has held significant positions in film finance, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of Hollywood Studios, Chief Financial Officer of Our Stories Films, and Senior Vice President at Patriot Pictures.
Mr. Bush holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College, M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
Matt Lane has management, finance and legal expertise in media, entertainment, private equity and private placements. Prior to joining Great Road Capital, Mr. Lane was an international corporate tax attorney at Zuber Lawler and Del Duca. Previously, he was a managing partner at Clearlight Capital, where he advised mutual funds and private equity funds. He began his media industry career as In-House Counsel at Turner Network Television, and then as Vice President of Business and Legal affairs at Artisan Entertainment. He next co-founded Union Square Entertainment, a film/television producing and financing company. His media experience includes a myriad of finance, deal making and strategy matters with publicly traded companies, industry leaders, and entrepreneurial start-ups companies. He also has overseen financing, sales and marketing of independent films at the project and portfolio level.
Mr. Lane is a member of the State Bars of California and New York, and holds a Series 65 Securities License. He earned his A.B. from Harvard University, his J.D. and M.B.A. from Columbia University, and his L.L.M. in Taxation, Executive Program From New York University.
Mike Kolko is an entertainment industry veteran producer, director, unit production manager, production accountant, and tax incentive expert. He is the founder and CEO of Eastman-Kennedy, a media production company that has pioneered a new model of studio and independent production combining strong production management with a wide array of tax incentive strategies. Prior to forming Eastman Kennedy, Kolko served head of the Production Tax Incentive division at CAPS Payroll. At CAPS, he was instrumental in acquiring over 150 tax incentives worldwide for a very prestigious list of clients in film, television, and commercial production. He is a subject matter expert in tax incentives and has been a key-note speaker at the Association of National Advertisers as well as numerous industry related panels.
Mr. Kolko’s production experience includes unit production management, supervising physical production/post personnel and accountants, budgeting, scheduling, hiring and supervising staff, monitoring cash flow/funding and variance analysis, supervising payroll, setting up banking requirements, reconciling account ledgers, preparing budgets and negotiating contracts. His numerous credits span both film and television. He has worked on over a dozen motion pictures for every major studio including 20th Century Fox, Walt Disney Pictures, Sony Pictures, Warner Brothers, Universal, and MGM.

Stuart Page is a Vice President at Great Road Capital. He brings experience in technology, business services and performance optimization as an operating executive, entrepreneur, consultant, and banker.
Mr. Page has focused his career on helping post-venture stage companies finance growth and expand their revenue opportunities. His boutique investment banking engagements have led to more than $250 million worth of capital formation and sell side advisory transactions. As a strategic consultant, Mr. Page has advised technology and media enterprises throughout the U.S. In the private equity sector, Mr. Page has worked on cross-border buyout transactions of more than $300 million.
Mr. Page earned his M.B.A degree from the Pepperdine University, building on his B.A. in Business Administration from University of North Texas. He is currently working towards his C.F.A and C.A.I.A. designations.
